We provide a 7 days evaluation to all products from us, we have one time brew samples shipped together with all your purchase and you can taste the samples and return the original packed products if the tea can not satisfy you.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires. RA#'s are non-renewable.

Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
